Check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s there, please take these two steps to make sure our future emails reach you:
1) Mark the email as “Not spam”
2) Move it to your primary inbox
Using Gmail?
If our emails land in the Promotions tab, here’s how to fix that:
1) Open the email in your Promotions tab
2) Drag it to your Primary inbox
3) When Gmail asks “Do this for future messages?” click Yes
One more thing you can do
Add our email address to your contacts. This tells your email provider to trust us, and makes sure you’re the first to know when tickets go on sale.
